Where are you located?

We launched in downtown Ojai. However, due to COVID-19, we have decided to take our operation online and reopen in a new location next year. 

What are your shop hours? 

Because we are online, you can shop 24 hour a day, 365 days a year. Most of the time, we can offer same/next-day delivery to anyone living in or visiting Ojai. 

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase/ receipt of the item on resellable merchandise, in its original packaging, and with the original tags attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear (bottoms), bodysuits, or swimwear. Returns can also be made in the shop. 

What is your shipping policy?

All US orders are eligible for free First Class shipping via USPS on order $75+. If you require expedited shipping, there are options at checkout for purchase. Domestic shipments are through USPS.

International shipments are via USPS or UPS and will be charged to the b

Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on the size of your order and your shipping destination. 

Please note that for international shipments, Ojai Lingerie does not cover duties or other import costs of the destination country. 

We offer complimentary return shipping. Please contact us with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of your receiving the original package and before mailing your items back. We will notify you whether or not the return is approved. 

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Why don’t you sell bras with underwire? 

We specialize in comfy styles and we feel that underwire just does not align with our mission. We believe in celebrating our natural shape and are excited to share comfy, supportive styles of bralettes that will complement your natural beauty.

Are bralettes just for small cups?

Girl, no! Many of our styles of bralettes fit cup sizes A through H. And if we don't have what you're looking for or we missed the mark in sizing, please note that we can special order extended sizing at no additional cost to you.
