INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS
International shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on your region and item weight. International orders can take between 7-21 business days. Ojai Lingerie does not cover customs, duty, or import fees. The purchaser is responsible for all such charges. Please review your tracking number if you are concerned about the location of your package. Due to lengthy shipping times, we cannot accept international returns.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. In order to process your return, items must be unworn, free of damage, and tags must be attached. All Final Sale items are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit.
For your convenience, we offer complimentary return shipping. Alternatively, you may bring your eligible returns into our Ojai shop (307 E Ojai Avenue, Suite 102) within 14 days of receipt. You will be issued store credit after your 3rd return within a calendar year. Please be sure to mail your return within 1-week of receipt of instructions to be eligible for a full refund, otherwise, you will be issued store credit.
Please note, that item(s) returned that are not in their original condition, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We want you to love what you buy and we understand that sometimes the fit is just not quite what you had in mind.
In order to ensure the perfect purchase, we encourage you to contact us by phone, Instagram, or via the contact page on this site before making a purchase. We are happy to answer any of your questions concerning fit, color, fabric, etc.
Tips on keeping the items you're trying on in pristine condition:
- Keep garments away from pets/food/beverages
- Make sure your skin is free of lotions, oils, or perfumes
- Try your garments on post-shower
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance Items
- Underwear (bottoms)
Items not in original mint condition, including but not limited to: missing tags/labels, washed, worn, or damaged in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
